New Model DF Continuous Freezer

Superior Ice Cream Equipment offers four sizes of our DF Model Continuous Ice Cream Freezer.

• Each of the freezers is capable of operating over a wide range of capacities, temperature/viscosity, overruns and product formulas.
• The DF Model Series was developed from prior proven technology. Each Model provides accurate overrun control, viscosity control, reduced start up waste, and low maintenance.
• The external features are improved from prior models. The smooth surfaces reduce hidden and difficult to clean areas.
• Pumps are a non-contact, metal rotor type for long life and low maintenance cost.
• Dashers are type 316ss with standard, interchangeable scraper blades with WS, W and K Model Freezers.
• Controls and electrical features are located on the front and rear of the freezer. Power voltage and control voltage can be found in separate electrical enclosures.

Simplification

• This refrigeration system is simplified from previous Models. The system consists of all stainless steel, a 250 PSI pressure vessel standard. Refrigerate valving is conveniently located for easy maintenance access.
• The Freezer also features generous sight glass that allows for a visual of the refrigerant level.
